A change in my life’s script came after a consult with a naturopath helped my family—sparking my interest in preventative healthcare. Enter an unexpected plot twist: a car accident leading to severe whiplash and a concussion. Cue Reflexology’s debut on my life stage—our meet-cute, if you will. This holistic approach not only nursed me back to health physically and mentally but also ignited a passion I hadn’t anticipated.

From that point, I dove headfirst into learning. I devoured every course on Reflexology in Canada and even crossed the pond to the UK to specialize in women’s health, fertility, menopause, and pediatric reflexology. The more I learned, the more I loved—so much so that I added Osteopathy and Naturopathy to my repertoire, graduating with honors and distinction in both programs in 2022.

But the journey didn’t stop there! My insatiable curiosity led me to Massage Therapy, and in 2023, I graduated with an even greater appreciation of this field, This eclectic mix of expertise has shaped me into the well-rounded practitioner I am today.

2023 was a landmark year — I launched my dream clinic, Evolve Health Solutions, in Moncton. We started with massage therapy, reflexology, osteopathy, and hypnotherapy, and the response was overwhelming. We soon outgrew our space, leading us to our perfect second location at 460 Mountain Road. With ample space, tons of parking, and easy highway access, it was a dream come true.

Evolve Health Solutions — now simply Evolve — is a testament to my journey and passion. And just like my story, it’s only the beginning.
