Do I Need Reservations?


Yes, a reservation is required to enjoy the thermal experience or treatments.

While you might be able to visit without a reservation on the same day, we can’t guarantee entry if we’ve already reached our capacity limit, so we recommend booking ahead.

Reservations can be made online through our website.

Please check-in at your designated reservation time or within 15 minutes of that time. Beyond that, you will be placed on our regular waiting list.

Reservations are recommended to add massage therapy or any other services to your
experience.

The credit card provided at the time of your booking will be charged for any thermal experience, bundles or packages.

Treatment bookings will be held with the same credit card information and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Plan to bring your own preferred method of payment on
the day of your visit to cover incurred costs.

What You Should Bring?
 
We provide bath towels, lockers, and bathrobes. Please remember to bring your bathing suit (mandatory) and sandals. If you forget we have you covered with items for purchase available in our boutique.
 
We recommend bringing a reusable water bottle (no glass containers), as there’s a water station on-site. It must be empty upon arrival and may be inspected.
 
You are indoors so the climate is controlled but you might want to bring a book or your favourite music with earphones.
 
Bring an appetite as our FIKA lounge offers healthy food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
 
Who can use the FIKA Lounge?
FIKA is accessible to only guests who reserve a thermal experience or treatment.

Unlike many thermal operations we want you to be social when you feel like it and relax and be quiet when you feel like it. Find the space that’s right for you and be mindful of those around you so everyone can get what they came for.

We prioritize the personal hygiene of our therapists and guests, and we kindly ask everyone to
maintain high standards of cleanliness when using our spa facilities. By practicing good

CLEANLINESS

At Evolve, we take cleanliness seriously as part of our commitment to excellence. We follow strict sanitation protocols to keep every spa area, thermal services, lounge, locker room and
treatment room spotless. This way you can relax and enjoy a truly clean and comfortable social wellness experience.

Cancellation Policy

Thermal Visits:
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the schedule that could have been filled by another guest. This is why we ask for 48 hours’ notice of any cancellation or modification of your appointment.

Guests who notify less than 48
hours in advance, or who miss their appointment, will be charged a fee equivalent to the total amount of the service booked and/or 50% of the price of the thermal experience. Everything will
be charged to the credit card used when making the reservation.

Treatments:
Guests who have booked a treatment (massage, facial, body treatment etc.) and who arrive late will only be seen for the remainder of the duration of their appointment and will be charged the
full amount of their treatment.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Reservations are mandatory, but can be booked on-site – 16+

Wearing a bathing suit in the thermal area is mandatory

Sandals/Footwear not worn outdoors are mandatory when walking around our facility

Please respect the whisper zones in our treatment area.
Smoking, vaping, and being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, is prohibited

Cell Phones are permitted with some conditions.

We know some people want to carry their phone around the thermal area, especially taking pictures of friends at the Artic Splash, that’ll be fun! If you carry your phone, please silence your phone, including the ringer, buzzer, and speaker, for the comfort of our other guests.

Any images taken must only be yourself or members of your party, with their permission.

Any phone conversations are restricted to the reception area or locker room.

You will be asked to leave your phone in your locker should any noise be heard on your phone, and or should you take pictures of anyone other than someone in your party.

No outside food or drink are permitted on site.

We consider your visit concluded should you leave the property, even temporarily.

In the event of non-compliance with our code of conduct, EVOLVE reserves the right to
ask guests to leave the premises without compensation. This may lead, in some cases,
to a ban on future access to the site.

Medical Recommendations

The thermal/Nordic experience is not recommended during pregnancy.

We strongly advise consulting with your healthcare professional before booking any of our services if you have specific health conditions, such as heart or circulation issues, high or low blood pressure, cancer, diabetes, or respiratory problems.

If you have a contagious illness or an active skin condition, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting our facilities.

Disclaimer of Liability

When entering our sauna and steam room, please avoid direct contact with heat sources, such as rocks, sauna heaters, and steam outlets, to prevent burns.

Be cautious in the steam room, and areas around the water elements such as the cold plunge, cold bucket shower, warm shower etc., as water and water vapour can settle on the floor and benches and increase the risk of slipping and falling.

EVOLVE is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, forgotten, damaged, or stolen on our premises, including the parking lot and locker room.

We are also not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. If you have a gift card, please present it at the reception desk when you check in.
